TerraScout is TerraClear’s autonomous field scout. The current official technology and reservation pages (accessed 25 September 2026) list: eight cameras at 1.5 mm GSD; 60 ft mapping swath; 65 HP diesel; 12+ hour endurance; up to 15 mph; under 10 psi ground pressure; 1,000+ acres mapped per day; lighting for day or night; Starlink connectivity; onboard edge compute; purpose-built for 30″ corn and soybean rows. HQ listed at 1770 NW Maple St., Issaquah, WA, with additional offices in Grangeville, ID; Parkersburg, IA; and Sioux Falls, SD.
Reservation page (indicative first-run pricing, confirmed in the reservation agreement): $1,000 fully refundable deposit; purchase $190,000 hardware plus $30,000/year autonomy-and-imagery subscription; or $55,000/year all-in lease. First deliveries targeted for fall 2027. Crops named on the reserve page: corn, soybeans, canola, wheat, and cotton.
TerraClear’s 25 February 2026 launch release used some different figures (1 mm GSD, over 4 billion image samples per acre, up to six hours without refueling, 1,000 acres/day at up to 15 mph). Those are recorded as launch-time claims; the current product pages are 1.5 mm GSD and 12+ hour diesel endurance. The launch named CEO Devin Lammers and Head of Product Don Scribner, and said TerraClear was founded in 2017, had mapped nearly 1 million acres, and served over 1,000 farm operations.
